Seattle Tool Products are finely crafted aviation grade tools that are guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Lifetime Warranty

Seattle Tool Canada warrants its tools, tool storage and equipment (“Products”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime period from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty ends when the Products become unusable for reasons other than materials and workmanship defects.

One Year Warranty

The product categories listed below are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Please refer to the warranty statement in the Owner's Manual comes with the package of the following products.

Impact Wrenches
Torque Wrenches
Air Ratchets
Multi Functional Tool
Parts of Ratcheting Head

Five Year Warranty

The product categories listed below are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) year from the original purchase date. Please refer to the warranty statement in the Owner's Manual comes with the package of the following products.

Normal Wear and Tear

Seattle Tool products are intended to be used on job sites in the most demanding application and environments. Under these conditions and over time, Seattle Tool products may experience normal wear and tear and require service. While normal wear and tear is not deemed as a “defect” and is not covered by Seattle Tool’s lifetime warranty, it is our goal to get your Product back in service as soon as possible and service charges including labor and materials may be charged.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover the following situations:

defects in materials or workmanship or damages resulting from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or unauthorized use of non-conforming parts;
damages caused by normal wear and tear; or
damages caused by abnormal use, including but not limited to misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, neglect, lack of maintenance or use after any Product is significantly worn.

How to Obtain Service

To obtain the benefit of this warranty, please return the complete Product with a dated proof of purchase to:

Please bear in mind that Seattle Tool Canada is not liable for any lost or damaged returns. To enable the Customer to enjoy full protection against any loss or damage in transit, Seattle Tool Canada strongly encourage the Customer to use a carrier that provides shipment tracking for all returns and insure safe return to Seattle Tool Canada.

What Seattle Tool Canada Will Do to Fix Problems

During the applicable duration of the warranty, Seattle Tool Canada will, at its option, repair or replace the Product which, after examination, is confirmed by Seattle Tool Canada to be defective in materials or workmanship, or provide a full refund of the purchase price if the Product is still defective after three attempts to repair or replace.

NO WARRANTY, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO THIS WARRANTY. SEATTLE TOOL CANADA DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTIY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SEATTLE TOOL CANADA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYED ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS.
